Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. Teleseen's sales are final. Replacements are offered only for items that arrive damaged or defective, and only if reported within 3 days of delivery.
Do I need a professional to install a shower head or LED light?
Generally no. Both are typically designed as straightforward swaps for an existing fitting, though it's worth checking fitting size or wattage compatibility before buying.
What happens if mine arrives damaged?
Email websales@teleseen.com within 3 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Once approved, a replacement is issued, or a comparable item if the same model isn't available.
Is there a warranty?
It varies by item and isn't always clearly stated on every listing. Check the individual product page, or ask at a showroom, before buying if this matters to your decision.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. KOKO and Mintpay both split the price into three instalments at checkout, with up to 5% cashback through Mintpay. Bank EMI plans may be available on higher-value items.
